Narada AI, Inc. ("Company") provides software that assists with email, meetings, and other communications to facilitate workflows (the "Software").
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the website located at www.narada.ai (the "Site"), the platform, mobile application, and all services offered by us, including any browser extension, application or other software made available to you (collectively, including the Site, the "Services"), and information we collect through your use of the Services, including when you send files for troubleshooting and/or debugging ("Support"). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information that we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our Services in general and, more specifically, when requesting Support, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, and protecting that information.
By using our Services or contacting us for Support, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Services (including requesting Support) after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check our Privacy Policy periodically for updates at this location: https://narada.ai/privacy-policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not access or use the Services.
Google Services
The Company’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements in such policy, available at this location Google API Services User Data Policy | Limited Use Requirements.
When do we collect your information?
The Company collects information relating to you in order to provide our Services and features that are easy to use and responsive to your needs. The Company collects personal information in the following ways:
- From you when you register an account and communicate with us. We collect information from you when you register an account with us, request information, send us email, send us postal mail, or speak with us on the telephone. When you register an account with us, you expressly authorize the Company to collect and process your personal data consistent with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
- From you when you seek or utilize Support. We collect information from you when you seek or utilize Support. By seeking or utilizing Support, you expressly authorize the Company to process your personal data as contained in your email profile consistent with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
- About others based on the information that you share with us. When you use sharing features in our product to share the services with a third party, we collect the information that you provide such as their contact information. Please ensure that you have the necessary permissions from such third parties, before you share their personal information with us.
- About others when our Software joins/records your meetings. When you use our Software in your meetings, we collect information about the attendees’ contact information, displayed name, content posted in the chat, as well as the recording of the meeting itself. The regulations surrounding the notification and consent requirements for recording conversations differ depending on the location. You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to provide necessary notifications to, and secure consents from, individuals involved in any recordings as mandated by applicable law.
What information do we collect and for what purposes?
- Information you provide to us directly and through your use of the Services. When you provide personal information to us through the Services or Support, we use it for the purposes for which it was provided to us as stated at the point of collection or as obvious from the context of collection. For example, if you send us an email requesting information, we will use your personal information to respond to your request. This information is only used to improve the Company features and is not sold to third parties. In this way, we may collect the following information:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name
- Information about your use of the Services, including how often you use the Services
- Information about the equipment on which you use or access the Services
- Errors logs for errors that can happen while you are using the Services
- Information we collect through providing Support. When you seek or utilize Support, you will provide us with access to your email, which may include:
- IP addresses
- Device types
- Name of Internet service provider
- Email addresses
- Email content and contacts
- Frequency, time, data, and duration of your use of the Services
- Whether you access the Services from multiple devices
- Device Unique Device Identifier (e.g., Unique Device Identifier (UDID) or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI))
- Mobile device MAC or IP address
- Information that we may collect through usage monitoring tools. These tools may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, geographical location, device type, and other technical information.
How do we use your personal information?
- Providing services to you. We process personal information in order to provide the Services to you and additional services you request (including Support), as well as to respond to communications from you. The precise purposes for which your personal information is processed will be determined by the request, and by applicable laws, regulatory guidance, and professional standards.
- Conducting data analytics and supporting our products. We use information we collect from you and information that we collect automatically, both of which may be aggregated or anonymized, to manage and improve our Services and our business, to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, to add new features to our Services, to conduct research, or for other similar purposes. We take steps to ensure that your rights are protected. For example, the Company may use your de-identified information and combine it with the de-identified information of others to generate statistics as a source of data for our products. When you provide your email file to us to perform Support, we use the data to troubleshoot and solve functionality issues.
- AI Model Training. We do not use your email data for training our AI models.
- How do we protect your data? Your data is stored with industry standard encryption in data centers located in the United States, along with regular security audits.
Do we retain your information?
The Company may retain information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include keeping your information for the period after you have stopped using the Services as needed for us to conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except as set forth below.
- Third-Party Service Providers. We disclose personal information to service providers who help us provide services, or to other third-party service providers who provide certain specialized services to us or provide services on our behalf. These business partners operate as separate controllers and are responsible for their own compliance with data protection laws. For instance, OpenAI is one of the providers for our AI offerings and we use their APIs for generating the content that is delivered for you. The data sent through these APIs can include your personal information and/or contents of your application (e.g. email or calendar information, along with other applications that you have installed in your account).
- Legal Requirements and Business Transfers. We may disclose personal information (i) if we are required to do so by law, legal process, statute, rule, regulation, or professional standard, or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other government official requests; (ii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss; (iii) in connection with an investigation of a complaint, security threat, or suspected or actual illegal activity; (iv) in connection with an internal audit; or (v) in the event that the Company is subject to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, sales of assets, reorganizations, divestitures, dissolutions, bankruptcies, liquidations, or other types of business transactions. In these types of transactions, personal information may be shared, sold, or transferred, and it may be used subsequently by a third party.
Your Data Rights
You may have certain rights regarding your data that include requesting your personal data to be deleted. To request that your personal data be deleted, please contact us at privacy@narada.ai. Please note that to delete your data, we will also need to delete your user account. Furthermore, we will only be able to delete your user account if there is no longer a legal basis to process your data. If erasing your personal data would breach any legal obligations or result in incorrect information, we won't proceed with the deletion. Otherwise, we'll maintain your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.
California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 Compliance
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, certain businesses are required to disclose their practices regarding the sharing of personal information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These rights include:

- Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, but if we engage in any activity that might be construed as selling or sharing personal information, we will provide an opt-out mechanism.
- Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to request that we limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to the specific purposes allowed under the CPRA.
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA or CPRA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA or CPRA, we will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service based on the exercise of your rights.
You can make a request to access your personal information or exercise other rights mentioned above by submitting a request to us by emailing privacy@narada.ai. We will deliver our response to your request either electronically or through postal mail. Please note that we are only obligated to respond to your requests for information twice within a 12-month period.
We do not sell personal information pertaining to California residents. If, in the future, our activities might be construed as selling or sharing personal information under CCPA, we will provide an opt-out mechanism through a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on our website, ensuring that California residents can exercise their right to opt-out. Furthermore, personal information is only shared for business purposes, as detailed in the “Third-Party Service Providers” section of this Privacy Policy.
International Data Transfers
Narada AI, Inc. is headquartered in the United States. Consequently, personal information we collect through our Services may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where our offices and servers are located. Additionally, we may collaborate with third-party service providers both in the U.S. and other countries, which may involve transferring and storing your personal data across international borders. Regardless of where your data is processed, we ensure that all transfers, storage, and handling of personal information comply with relevant laws and regulations. We only use, transfer, and disclose personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Our Services are not designed nor directed to children who are under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, do not use the Services.
